I have used Sanborn's many times, have always been fine with their service and rates. This time, however, I could not log on, so I called to get insurance, was charged (but it didn't show in my bank records for a while), and never got email or text confirmation of my insurance. I tried many times to contact them (unfortunately it was Thanksgiving Day) and ended up going across the border without proof of insurance. I chanced it because I didn't want to pay twice, but it was stressful and time consuming.

My agent was very helpful and friendly. I would definetly go through him again. I also found him to be so professional that I recommended him to my son and daughter in law for them to purchase their Mexico insurance as well

In spite of numerous attempts to purchase a repeat of previous transactions via the website I was unable to complete it because the website wouldn't accept my information although it was identical. Even resetting my password was a failure so ultimately I had to do a telephone transaction with an agent.

The process with Sandborn's and my agent Alex was very easy. They also had a great rate!
